Check if you have any check mark in any of the compatibility mode options. Make sure you also click on the option “change settings for all users” tab at the bottom of the same screen and look for similar check boxes in the window. If you see any check boxes in the compatibility mode options, uncheck all the boxes and click on Apply and OK.

Double-click the shortcut that you pasted, and then change the Location to All Users Programs. If a user has an Outlook shortcut pinned to their taskbar, this will not replace it. The user can unpin the shortcut from their taskbar and then re-pin it from one of the other locations after the policy is in effect.

Pictures helped. Didn’t match my screen. After which, let us open Outlook in safe mode and check. If the application works fine safe mode, try disabling the add ins for the application and check the result, Click the File tab. Go to Options. Click Add-ins. Now uncheck the Add-ins and click on OK.
