Last week when I started Outlook I was greeted with the ” The online registration failed, the phone registration failed also. I called once again letting cimputer system transfer me to an agent, who gave me a new activation key which worked. Today I get the same message again, and both modes of registration have failed with the “Invalid Key” message.
This time, when the registration fails, the software works fine, and there is no “unregistered version” on the title bar. I tried uninstalling the clone drive grasping at straws but it had no effect. The 1st instance occurred shortly after I installed the office security updates.
